Our new cool and calming colour is here - Devon Mist.
Why do we love Yoga? Yoga helps us to understand the mind and body connection, gain strength and stamina, improve balance and stability, improve posture and develop body awareness.
Yoga really is a parallel universe to pregnancy and birth, so even if you haven't started at a yoga class, you've probably practiced it without even knowing!
Our model Trish builds her day around a little yoga with her son Hugo. She easily feeds him when he's hungry wearing a Bshirt, as she can just lift the flap whilst remaining seated in the lotus position.
She loves it when Hugo wants to practice yoga because she knows it will help relax him and sleep well. Baby Yoga is known to aid digestion and constipation, while relieving gas and colic with gentle movements, stretches and massage. What not to love?!
